Job Description
As a Sales Intern at MasterBlocks, you will play a key role in driving growth for our services and products. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and contribute to sales strategies. This internship offers hands-on experience in B2B/B2C sales, CRM tools, and the SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients for MasterBlocks’ services (software development, digital marketing, etc.) and products (ROZCRM, EventsNode, Shopify Apps).
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
- Client Outreach: Assist in cold-calling, email campaigns, and social selling via LinkedIn.
- Sales Support: Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and demos for ROZCRM/EventsNode.
- CRM Management: Use ROZCRM to track leads, update pipelines, and report progress.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with digital marketing efforts.
- Reporting: Share weekly updates on lead conversion, challenges, and market insights.
- Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and CRM tools (ROZCRM experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn about SaaS, IT services, and e-commerce.
- Tech-savvy; familiarity with Shopify, SaaS platforms, or digital marketing is advantageous.
